RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Period  
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or a refund.  
After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Return Procedure  
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@riccardiparis.com and provide:
- Your order number  
- Your proof of purchase  
- The reason for the return  

Items must not be returned directly to the manufacturer.  
Return instructions will be sent to you by email after your request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or if the item is defective upon receipt.

Satisfaction Guarantee  
Under our satisfaction or money-back guarantee, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit, usable on our website, unless otherwise explicitly approved by our customer service team.

Refunds

Full Refund  
A full refund to the original payment method is only possible if:
- The customer returns the entire order  
- The returned items meet the eligibility conditions  
- The return is approved after inspection  

No refund to the original payment method will be issued without the return of the product.

Delivery Delay  
If a customer does not receive their order within 30 days from the order date, they may request a full refund, without the obligation to return the item if the order is confirmed as lost.

Refund Processing  
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return  
- You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund  
- If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days

Exchanges  
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.  
To request an exchange, please contact us by email before returning the item.

Gifts  
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit will be issued once the return is received.  
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
